员工委员会 was established in July 2014 with the encouragement 和 approval of the university president. The purpose of the 员工委员会 is to:

• Promote sincere interest 和 concern for continuing the missions 和 goals of Lindenwood University;
• Serve as the representative body for the staff employees of the university;
• Provide an additional channel of communication for staff with administration 和 faculty; 
• Assist the administration with advice, as needed, on policy issues relevant to the staff;
• Address concerns of the general staff population 和 seek improvement of staff work environment, 条件, 和流程;
• Foster a spirit of unity 和 cooperation.
